Just to put into perspective what we have here with the First 235....

Over in EU, a used '05 First 21.7 with swing, which is a neat boat with a cool rudder system and design, but a lot less interior/space, has a sale pending for close to $39,000usd. Yep, we're talking about 40K for an '05 21 foot First.

This puts things in perspective (with some additional perspective on the sad US Dollar as well). Of course, you're not buying a 28yr old boat, but given the condition and build of the F235, I'd say they represent an amazing bargain on the used market.
